This 30-minute talk will discuss the importance of deep rest and teach you practices and tools for getting better sleep. You will learn a 3-2-1 wind-down routine that creates a framework to structure your evenings, connect to your body and mind, and prepare you for a good night's rest. You will then learn how to build sustainable practices with three tools to create a universal habit change formula, leaving you with a clear, actionable step to implement to up-level your evenings. 

Emily is a practicing Ayurvedic Health Counselor with multiple yoga certifications for adults and children. She practices embodied well-being by incorporating ancient wisdom, daily rituals, and behavioral science into our modern culture. Emily believes that self-connection is the key to self-love, and with these practices, we can not only evolve as an individual, but this evolution will ripple out to the collective.
